The Red Hood Custom Action Figure

This was another great commission to work on. This design of Jason Todd as The Red Hood is inspired by the animated version seen in Under The Red Hood.

I used a DC Superboy body as a base, resculpted the joints to hide his points of articulation and added the details of his costume. I sculpted his knife and belt to be as accurate as possible and finished him off with a highly detailed paintjob.

As always I used acrylics for the highlights and fine brush strokes and soft pastels for the shadows and skin tone.
